The Purpose:


As a Drinks Dispense Technician , you will help to deliver operationally viable & cost-effective service levels for the installation, and maintenance of Dispense Systems in the On Trade.


We currently have multiple opportunities for Drinks Dispense Techs, spanning various territories in London , the Home Counties, Oxford, Reading, and Guildford.


Overall compensation package £32,300 (inclusive of Variable Compensation and Call Out payment)

Additional earnings monthly:

  • Standard Overtime rates (up to double time ) for evening and weekend work
  • Payments of £45 per call out during out-of-hours work

The role:


  • As a Dispense Systems Technician, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing beverage dispense equipment across multiple outlets.
  • Your expertise will be crucial in performing planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks.
  • Additionally, you'll handle necessary paperwork and reports while utilizing IT equipment like laptops and handheld devices.
  • Working independently and participating in an on-call rota will be part of your routine.
  • Your excellent customer interface skills and ability to build strong relationships, both internally and externally, will be essential for success.
  • Collaboration in cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with company standards and health and safety regulations will also be part of your role.


Who we’re looking for:

  • We're looking for someone with a technical background as a Drinks Dispense Technician who is comfortable using IT equipment such as laptops and handheld devices.
  • You are encouraged to apply if you have experience as a technician in soft drinks, line cleaning, cellar, wine, cask ale installations as well as gas and electricity industry
  • Your ability to work independently and unsupervised, including willingness to participate in an on-call rota, is key.
  • Strong customer interface skills and the ability to forge relationships will set you up for success in this role.
  • You should also be an effective performer in cross-functional teams.
