Full Job Description

Salary- Up to £35-50k per annum DOE

Full time/Perm

Remote across the UK


Role


You will be part of the Dynamics 365 Business Central team where delivering support and solutions will be at the forefront of your role!


A client facing role so looking for someone who has experience communicating with clients/strong customer service experience.


Furthermore, the role will include:

- Contribute to the Enterprise Applications/ Business Central team

- Having the freedom to support clients and continue to progress

- Support to any issues raised by customers (end to end support)

- Defining solutions that best fit customers requirements

- Scoping/delivering changes

- Identify and resolves D365 BC issues (working with colleagues and Microsoft)

- Training to end users

- Get involved with project /implementation activities, ETC


What Skills Are We Looking For?


- Strong experience with supporting D365 BC e.g., regarding implementations and customers

- Strong finance modules experience within D365 BC

- Good knowledge/exposure to ISVs, integrations, Jet Reports, etc

- Need someone who can hit the ground running with providing D365 BC support across 1st, 2nd and 3rd line

- Experience working for a Microsoft partner

- Microsoft partner experience and ideally Microsoft D365 certified

- Someone who is keen to continue to progress and challenge themself!
