Due to a period of continued growth, Chambers are now seeking to recruit a PA/EA to the Senior Clerk

In this role, your primary responsibility is to offer comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Clerk daily. This includes managing calendars and diaries, handling telephone calls, correspondence, and message taking, as well as coordinating tasks such as arranging lunches/dinners, booking appointments, and scheduling meetings. Your proficiency in word processing, photocopying, and handling expenses will be essential for seamless day-to-day operations.

Additionally, your role involves organising travel arrangements and itineraries, taking detailed notes during meetings, and maintaining an efficient filing system. You will play a key role in supporting the Senior Clerk in various client, business development (BD), and marketing events. This entails coordinating diaries and acceptances, obtaining cost estimates, securing appropriate venues, arranging event catering, and confirming attendance. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be crucial in ensuring the success of these events and overall operational efficiency.
