ECT Business Studies Teacher Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and interactive Business Studies lessons to students across different age groups and abilities.
• Create a stimulating learning environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate curriculum delivery and enrichment activities.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community.

Job Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A strong academic background in Business Studies or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for education and a commitment to promoting student achievement.
• Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
• Willingness to participate in continued professional development and training opportunities.
