Full Job Description
Role Description:
- Partner with technology product owners, line of business technologists and corporate teams to facilitate technology deployment across EMEA locations
- Technologies include, but not limited to, network, compute and storage along with enterprise workspace products such as M365, desktop and voice
- Ensure technology product deployments are compliant with local regulations, helping to develop solutions to location specific requirements
- Working with our technology partners and other functional leads to promote and drive effective product standardization across the region
- Ensure there is alignment and consistency of approach with APAC and LATAM regions through partnership with regional teams
- Prepare management materials and collateral to support business decisions
- Coordinate the creation of executive presentations (e.g. steering committees, regional technology forums, major program status updates etc.)
- Participation in the yearly budgeting process, including contributing to a yearly book of work for activities in the EMEA region
- Contribution to monthly technology risk meetings, including undertaking analysis, documenting findings and presenting status updates to regional management.
Key Skills / Attributes / Work Experience:
- Five or more years technology strategy experience, either within banking or other technology firm
- Five or more years managing technology product delivery
- Five or more years experience of latest technologies in multiple product lines e.g. data centres, end-user services, compute, network, storage etc.
- Knowledge of procurement and budgeting lifecycle
- Proven track record of metrics management and presenting to key stakeholders
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Listening and gathering customer / user inputs, simplifying complex topics for non-technical (or senior audiences) and preparing quick pointed summaries for executives and stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in technology related area preferred OR
- 5+ years of related technology experience working with multiple technologies and complex, large scale, cross-functional project / production / service delivery and client support, preferably in the financial services industry and in large organizations
- Knowledge of enterprise computer networks: LAN, WAN, cloud and service provider networks
- Knowledge of enterprise compute products
- Knowledge of enterprise storage: file, block, object
- Knowledge of hardware & software architecture
- Knowledge of end user collaboration products : M365, Exchange Online, Mobile Office, Teams, virtual workspace
- Knowledge of cloud compute technology
- Strong technical capability
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Strong results oriented work ethic
