Hours per week: 37

Salary: Up to £21,320 per annum, depending on experience

 

About the role

 

We’re seeking an End Point Assessment (EPA) Administrator to join our End Point Assessment Team.

 

The purpose of End Point Assessment is to deliver positive, fair and rigorous End Point Assessments to apprentices across England whilst upholding compliance with regulatory requirements. The NCFE EPA team is responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity of End Point Assessment and providing positive experiences to the recipients of this service.

 

You'll support the team by providing timely and effective administrative support across a range of activities in line with our team objectives. The role will involve working with confidential data across a wide variety of systems and working directly with customers to provide guidance and support.

 

You'll be responsible for:

  • Reviewing information against quality checklists
  • Processing high volumes of confidential customer information
  • Supporting risk management and risk reduction across the team, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirement.
  • Receiving, logging and processing requests relating to EPA
  • Processing accurate and targeted data reports on a daily, and/or weekly basis

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Experience of working within a customer service role, via telephone and email
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including good grammar and spelling
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrable skills and good knowledge of MS office or similar IT systems
  • Ability to work under pressure within a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to manage a high-volume workload and accurately prioritise tasks
