EYFS TA with Personal Care Experience in Barnet

Role Overview:
As a full-time Early Years Foundation Stage Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting little learners, including those requiring personal care assistance. Your unwavering kindness, empathy, and dedication to each child’s well-being will be pivotal in creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide dedicated support to
children in the Early Years Foundation Stage, ensuring their safety,
comfort, and well-being at all times.
• Assist with personal care
tasks, including toileting, dressing, and feeding, with sensitivity
and respect for each child’s dignity.
• Collaborate closely with
teachers and other support staff to implement individualised learning
plans and provide additional support as needed.
• Foster positive
relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting
effective communication and partnership working.
• Contribute to
the observation and assessment of children’s progress and development,
celebrating milestones and identifying areas for further support.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience in providing
personal care assistance, ideally within an educational setting,
accompanied by relevant qualifications or training.
• Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the holistic
development of young children.
• Flexibility and adaptability to
meet the diverse needs of children in the Early Years Foundation
Stage.
Long Term – Full Time – Term Time Salary: Daily Rate £85-£100
