Early Years Foundation Stage Teaching Assistant with Personal Care

Location: Colindale, Barnet, London

Hours of Work: 8:30am-3:30pm

Salary: Daily Rate: 85-100

Requirements:

Relevant qualifications or experience in early years education and personal care.
A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents.
Patience, empathy, and a nurturing demeanour to effectively address the diverse needs of our students.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and adapt to the changing needs of the classroom.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance to students as needed, including toileting, feeding, and dressing.
Support the delivery of engaging and age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development in line with the EYFS curriculum.
Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
Assist the class teacher with administrative tasks and classroom management.
Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure the holistic well-being of students.
Participate in CPD opportunities and embrace the integration of technology to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
