WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Join our community:

We’re looking for a proactive Risk Analyst to help grow and strengthen our Economic Crime Risk and Control team within Cater Allen Private Bank.

You’ll play in a key role in supporting the bank identify, assess, and mitigate Economic Crime risks to meet legal and regulatory requirements.

You’ll use your expertise to ensure Economic Crime risks are fully documented and appropriate actions plans are in place, and being delivered, to mitigate risks within the Boards Risk Appetite.

You’ll provide advice and guidance on risk management issues to various senior stakeholders across the bank.

The difference you’ll make:

•Support on all Economic Crime Risk Management activities including the regulatory Financial Crime Risk Assessment.

•Operating business-integrated processes to ensure Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) systems remain up-to-date and provide powerful reporting to Senior Management.

•Coordinating the application of the banks Economic Crime controls testing framework, collating results, and monitoring remedial activity.

•Conducting deep dives into the bank’s risks and controls.

What you’ll bring:

•Current experience in a Financial Crime or Risk Management role in the UK Financial Services.

•Analytical skills with the ability to rationalise data from several sources and create insights.

It would also be nice for you to have.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Attention to detail with the ability to interpret information and requirements, applying a methodical thought process, to provide an appropriate practical solution.

• Previous experience of working autonomously within a highly regulated environment.

This role is based in Milton Keynes and our current expectation is at least 2 days in an office every week.
