Company Description

Based remotely – up to £40K depending on experience

A Reverse Mentoring for Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Consultant is needed to join our new, growing business.

At the ReMEDI Project, our vision is to eliminate discrimination in the workplace so that people and businesses can thrive because of their differences. We do this by working with small and large employers (including the NHS). We support progressive organisations who just want to harness the power of inclusion We also support organisations in trouble, those who are aware that they have EDI challenges, don’t know what to do, but are committed to doing the work to improve.

We are redefining EDI services, learning and development, emerging as a leading provider of cutting edge reverse mentoring programmes, where senior executives are mentored by colleagues from underrepresented groups, who are in more junior positions. Our highly innovative approach to reverse mentoring disrupts traditional power structures that perpetuate systematic disadvantage and discriminatory cultures. We are unashamedly disruptive, provocative and utterly relentless in our mission to drive individual, institutional and societal change in the UK and internationally. We have built our reputation as innovative EDI fixers in the health and university sectors and our ambition is to make our mark in other sectors within the next five years.
