| Salary £43,421-£48,474 Per annum | Permanent,  Full Time,  37 hours per week | Lancashire Child & Youth Justice Service | Countywide

International Sponsorship  – this role is not  open to international sponsorship 

1 x Education, Training and Employment (ETE) and Restorative Justice Development Manager Lancashire Child and Youth Justice Service, Grade 10

Location: Lancashire CYJS have office bases in Preston, Lancaster, and Burnley. The base for this role can be negotiated, however, it is a countywide role and there will be an expectation that the successful candidate will work across Lancashire dependant on service need.

Lancashire Child and Youth Justice Service works with children aged 8-18 either involved with or at risk of entering the Youth Justice System. Our guiding principles as a service are:

The Education, Training and Employment (ETE) and Restorative Justice Development Manager is a unique role within the Child and Youth Justice Service. This role has county wide responsibility for leading on operational priorities and contributing to strategic priorities for education, training, and employment (ETE) and restorative approaches in the Child and Youth Justice Service. 

The post holder has line management responsibility for a group of staff in CYJS who deliver Education Training and Employment and Skills based interventions to children and the Restorative Justice Co-ordinator. 

 

This role will focus on leading areas of development identified for Education Training and Employment and ensuring appropriate operational links are in place with key partners, to promote improved educational engagement and attainment for children. They will ensure Education Training and Employment and Skills based resources within CYJS are utilised effectively. 

They will support the Restorative Justice Co-ordinator to drive forward restorative approaches and further develop how skills-based provision within the service is utilised for restorative interventions.
