Description
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems and machinery.
- Diagnose faults, repair or replace equipment as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Engineering & Manufacturing Department.
- Collaborate with other team members to minimise downtime and maximise productivity.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance work carried out.
- Provide training and support to junior team members as required.
- Participate in out-of-hours emergency call-outs when necessary.
Profile
A successful Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer should have:
- Qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
