Think FE, in partnership with Dudley College, is on the lookout for skilled educators and industry professionals eager to transition into the educational sector. We're particularly interested in individuals with expertise in electrical technologies and a passion for moulding future talent.

What We Require:
  • NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical, 18th Edition, and Inspection & Testing qualifications.
  • Teaching qualification (e.g., PTTLS) is preferable.
  • Proven experience in teaching and supporting young people.
  • A calm and adaptable approach to managing challenging behaviours.
  • Strong motivational skills to re-engage disaffected learners.
  • Excellent attention to detail for administrative tasks related to student management.

About the Role:

As an Electrical Lecturer at the Dudley Learning Quarter's Advance II centre, you will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge teaching programmes and ensuring successful student progression. You will focus on effective teaching strategies and conduct assessments aligned with the Unit Guides' objectives.
