Maintenance Engineer
£46,116 + EAL Level 3 course to gain a
mechanical qualification to become fully multi-skilled + £5,000 uplift
on salary after 12 months -taking it to - £51,1116
Monday – Friday Double days
(6am-2pm/2pm-10pm)
I am recruiting for a globally recognised
company who have over 400 employees on site with a maintenance team of
26 heads. They are only recruiting for an electrically biased
maintenance engineer due to retirement and their staff retention is
one of the best in the area. They have a full order book, thousands of
pounds worth of training where you will complete an optional
Up-skilling course (EAL level 3 in mechanical) which will also give
you an up-lift of £5,000 on your salary taking it to over £50,000
Monday – Friday only. Optional weekend overtime paid at x1.5 on a
Saturday and double time on a Sunday, some engineers are clearing
£60,000 a year without working Fri/Sat/Sun nights. This really is an
incredible opportunity.
This is a rare opportunity where the
company will train you to become fully multi-skilled with a paid for
course and give you a salary increase of £5,000 once
multi-skilled.

Experience needed
for the maintenance engineer:
- 5 years + working as an electrically biased maintenance engineer or multi-skilled
- Must be time served/apprenticeship served level 3
- Exp. with electrical – sensors, inverters, contactors, relays, PLC’s etc.
- Exp. within fast paced manufacturing or heavy industry
- Any maintenance engineer from a manufacturing background encouraged to apply
