We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of our electrical team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The Electrical Supervisor will play a crucial role in maintaining safety standards, quality control, and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of electricians in daily activities.
• Plan and schedule electrical projects, ensuring timely completion.
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations on job sites.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Train and mentor junior electricians, promoting skill development.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role.
• Valid electrical supervisor license/certification.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, components, and regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
