Full Job Description

Sorbon Estates - the privately-owned, successful commercial property investment company - is looking for an Electrical Technician to work on our wide range of properties. This includes occupied commercial, retail, residential properties and marinas with the majority of these located in and around the Buckinghamshire and Berkshire area.
About the Electrical Technician role
With the use of a company vehicle you will:
* Install, maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment
* 1st and 2nd fix electrical install work, containment and able pulling / dressing.
* Conduct tests to diagnose faults, identifying solutions and taking corrective measures.
* Understand and comply with all relevant health and safety measures as you conduct your work.
* Presenting a professional and customer focused service to our tenants.
About you
* City and Guilds Electrical Installation level 3 and Achievement Measurement 2 (AM2)
* ECS Health and Safety Test
* Full cleaning driving licence as a company vehicle is provided for business use
* Great team player
* Ability to work alone and on own initiative
* Hard working and motivated
* Adaptable and responsive to changing priorities
