Electrical assembler

Full Job Description

I am currently working with a company in Great Dunmow who require an additional Electrical Assembler to carry out high quality cable work.

The role:

In this role you will be responsible for carrying out the manufacture of wired electrical components including:

• Assembly
• Cutting and stripping cable
• Soldering
• Wrapping
• Processing and operating different pieces of equipment
• Using hand tools
• Performing electrical insulation testing
• Carrying out visual checks

The Electrical Assembler we are looking for will have:

• Previous experience in an electronics or electrical assembly environment
• Good eyesight
• Good manual dexterity
• Able to lift heavy items
• Desire to learn
• Flexibility

The company are offering:

• Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:00 with an early finish on a Friday
