Job Title: Electrician
Location: London (Majority of works in North & West London)
Salary: 36,000 to 40,000 per annum (DOE) Once passed probation, OTE 50 to 60k PA!

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a qualified Electrician to join our clients team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be working for a planned works contractor in London, with the majority of works being in North & West London.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out remedial works and Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR's) in social housing and council properties
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with regulations and standards
• Maintain accurate records of work undertaken

Requirements:

• Proven experience working in social housing/domestic settings
• Qualified to the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• NVQ L3 or AM2 qualified
• Qualified in 2391 or 2394/2395 Electrical Testing and Inspection
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Full UK driving license

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
