Job title: Electronic Design Engineer

Location: Hoddesdon

Salary: £40,000- £50,000 per annum depending on experience

Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday 37 hours per week

We are looking to hire a talented Electronic Design Engineer in Hoddesdon.

Electronic Design Engineer Details:

• Developing and testing prototypes.
• Working closely with the manufacturing team and subcontractors to ensure that design specifications are met.
• Producing circuit and component lists.

Electronic Design Engineer Requirements:

• Ability to demonstrate and execute electronic skills in the design of scientific instruments. 
• Experience in analogue and digital electronic design.
• Ability to hand craft and test electronic prototypes.
• Experience working with small equipment.
• A good educational attainment in physics.
• The candidate would be expected to learn about the physics of infra-red gas measurement.
• Creative in solving technical problems.
• Planning and executing electronic designs using CAD, and working with 3D data to avoid
• component clashes Software and mechanical design experience would be an advantage.
• An understanding and experience of low pressure gas systems, flowmeters and pumps would be an advantage.
