Full Job Description
THIS IS AN IN-HOUSE POSITION
- Work with internal and external customers to answer questions as well as troubleshoot and resolve issues with online banking, mobile banking, telephone banking and debit cards over the telephone and through electronic mail
- Communicate effectively-both written and verbally
- Setup and maintain customer online banking accounts
- Process debit card/ATM disputes and adjustments-including investigation and tracking in accordance with Reg E, MasterCard Rules and various network rules
- ATM balancing, ATM debit card ordering, maintenance and support functions
- Yellow Hammer – Manage/work potentially fraudulent activity in EFT/ACH and on-us check modules
- Process daily incoming ACH files and outbound ACH origination files
- Process incoming and outgoing Wire Transfers
- Perform scanning and indexing of departmental work
- Maintains working knowledge of Regulation E, NACHA Rules and other regulations affecting assigned services and products
- Assist Deposit Operations staff with balancing, maintenance and other duties as assigned
- Assist with audit preparation and resolution of identified issues
- Interacts with vendors in support of system processing related issues
The ideal candidate will have:
Responsibilities Include:
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal) necessary to service customers with various degrees of understanding.
- Knowledge of electronic banking terminology.
- Good judgement, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- General math aptitude/ten-key skills.
- 1-3 years banking experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to adapt to change and to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
