As an Email Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in executing the email marketing strategy to connect with customers and drive revenue growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise email marketing campaigns to promote products, offers, and events.

2. Content Creation: Develop engaging email content, including copywriting, designing, and testing to maximise open and click-through rates.

3. Audience Segmentation: Utilise customer data to segment email lists and personalise content for targeted campaigns.

4. Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and provide insights to improve effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Email Marketing Experience: Previous experience in email marketing, preferably within the retail or e-commerce sector.

• Creative Skills: Strong ability to create visually appealing and engaging email content.

• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with data analysis and using insights to drive decision-making and optimisation.

• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and basic HTML/CSS skills are a plus.

• Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
