Responsibilities:

Ensure email database and lists are fully up to date and managed
Create visually compelling and effective emails for broadcasting
Design and production of email graphics in accordance to supplied brief
Ensure emails are engaging and compelling while reflecting brand values and positioning
Manage trigger email campaigns to maximise sales
Continuously optimise in line with KPIs Required skills:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in an eCRM marketing role
A strong understanding and knowledge of CRM, email marketing, audience segmentation
An analytical, proactive and flexible approach
The ability to work under own initiative in a fast-paced environment
Keen eye for detail
Ability to copy write
Highly organised and accurate
Commitment to high standards at all times
