The Opportunity
Due to expansive
growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen to have the chance of
working with a fast-growing retailer, alongside a team of dedicated
and talented professionals.
The Role
As an Employee
Engagement & Relations Adviser, you will be responsible for
maintaining and updating reporting on tribunal costs and outcomes,
with comparison to year-on-year performance. You will also help to
support the development of employee relations, well-being D&I & reward
to ensure a consistent and confident approach to the overall
application of HR policies and procedures.
Estimated Duration-
12 months fixed term.
This role has been deemed inside
IR35
Your duties and responsibilities will be
- To work in collaboration with specialist teams to support activities aligned to: Wellbeing, D&I, Reward and Employee Relations that meet both business and customer needs.
- Provision of ER management information as required, including the provision of ad-hoc reporting.
- To review and amend template letters/policy documents/ MyHR content as required by legislation, ensuring full audit trail by applying version control to all changes made.
- Supporting with note taking at formal meetings.
- Undertaking exit interviews
- Logistical support for any training including, booking meetings rooms, sending out invites & materials, and attendance where required.
- To be a proactive participant in project work as required within the team or as part of wider cross functional working group.
- To provide, maintain and update appropriate tribunal/Acas reporting information to the ER function.
- To support the team by managing Acas conciliation cases and supporting our third party legal providers with tribunal administration and case management, escalating to the specialists, where appropriate.

- Previous administrative experience in a HR discipline.
- Proven experience of Microsoft Windows.
- Experience of managing multiple stakeholder relationships.
It’s great if you also have the following
- Previous experience of Tribunals / Acas Early Conciliation.
