Job Description

Serving as the first point of contact for Employee Relations (ER) advice, the ER Advisor will be managing ER cases and providing  support to managers and team members across the full range of employee life-cycle activities.

In partnership with Head of People, the ER Advisor ensures that risks are effectively identified and managed with compliance with legislation and company policies and procedures thus promoting a positive people culture within the business.  full range of employee life-cycle activities

The ER Advisor will work collaboratively with the People team, sharing knowledge and supporting the team in rolling out projects as well as promoting and maintaining an inspiring company culture in line with our values.  

The role suits someone who is a HR generalist with strong knowledge of the key HR practices including recruitment and retention, employee relations and development and training. The ideal candidate will be experienced in working in HR and hold a related qualification such as CIPD.
