About the role
This position is a 12-month maternity cover - please
confirm when you'd be able to start on application.
You will be the key contact for all Talent
marketing projects, helping us to plan, develop, and execute
talent/recruitment marketing activities across the organization. Your
goal will be to develop, manage, and lead innovative multichannel
marketing strategies/projects that attract, target, and engage both
active and passive candidate pools across all our capabilities and to
build engaged pipelines of talent for our current and future business
needs. Partnering with the Talent, People, Corporate Marketing, Career
Experience (CXP), and internal delivery teams, you will have excellent
project management, writing and communication skills, whilst being
approachable, creative, digitally focused, proactive, and data driven.
What you'll do
- Act as a key contact and advisor to the Talent and People team on employer branding, marketing, communications, and recruitment activities.
- Project manage all Talent marketing projects, being the bridge between Talent/People and Corporate Marketing, Internal Communications, and delivery teams (creative, editorial, digital, motion, production, etc.)
- Work with the Talent Acquisition Leads and Director to drive recruitment marketing activities for each business division (Medical; Marketing; Policy; Value, Evidence and Access; Consulting; and Digital Experience Technology), feeding into ideation, strategy, content generation, and asset creation.
- Independently manage Talent-related external company profiles on digital platforms including Glassdoor, indeed, LinkedIn Life page, myGwork, university profiles, and other D&I platforms. Work closely with members of the Corporate Marketing team to create and manage all Talent-related social campaigns on LinkedIn.
- Create and execute recruitment advertising tactics/campaigns such as targeted LinkedIn campaigns and media and sponsorship opportunities with third party publications and organizations e.g., healthcare industry press and associations.
- Possess a sound understanding of branding and editorial guidelines to write clear and engaging copy for job adverts, advertising campaigns, employer branding assets, email campaigns, events materials, online company profiles, and the careers section of the Avalere Health website.
- Work with Corporate Marketing and delivery teams to manage all Talent recruitment assets e.g., capability fact sheets, benefits brochures, and video content pertaining to company culture and career experience initiatives.
- Work with employees across the organization to develop talent thought leadership content (Life at Avalere Health blogs, DE&I articles, etc.).
- Work with members of the CXP/Internal Communications team to create and send out monthly Talent communications using the group’s marketing automation platform.
- Analyze relevant data and analytics to provide Talent leadership with monthly dashboards and reports using Google Analytics, Glassdoor analytics, social media analytics platforms, as well as Talent and People platforms e.g., Lever, Culture Amp, Cezanne, and Fuel 50.
- Provide support to the Talent team on global virtual and in-person events promotion and organization such as university career fairs, webinars, and networking meetings.
- Track our competitive set, continuously research and review Talent marketing activities/tactics to improve, innovate, and develop new ideas, including analysis of how the team can reach new and retarget candidate pools.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the Talent, People, and CXP teams to lead all marketing and corporate communications activities for our Early Careers offering (Internship Program, Graduate Scheme, AIM Program, and apprenticeships).
- Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing and Compliance teams to lead the development (asset creation and copy) of talent-related social media content across all platforms—Glassdoor, Instagram, indeed, and LinkedIn—and develop and manage a global social content calendar for key members of the Talent team.
About you
- Previous Marketing/Communications (ideally content development/copywriting) experience is crucial, Talent/Recruitment experience is beneficial.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and flexible approach to work is essential.
- Ability to take the lead on all Talent marketing projects, driving tactics, asset creation, content and idea generation that feeds into wider People and Talent strategic objectives.
- Creative and ‘can-do’ mindset, keen to learn, and not afraid to try new ideas and present them to the wider teams.
- Outstanding written communication and editing skills for developing assets, content, and copy for a variety of audiences and platforms.
- Excellent social media and digital knowledge, including an understanding of user experience and knowledge of channels including Vimeo, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, indeed, myGwork, and Instagram.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to work independently and drive projects forward from inception to completion.
- A team player with excellent people skills and the ability to communicate with stakeholders across all levels in global teams.
- Data-driven with a focus on improving our recruitment strategy based on results.
- A knowledge of the healthcare, professional services, or marketing and advertising industry is beneficial.
