Description

A bit about the role...

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, work with clients to increase their readiness to sustain employment, upskill and retrain them and create opportunities for them via referrals and direct marketing to local employers. You will identify and develop collaborative relationships with clients and employers; with a focus on securing successful job placements and supporting new business opportunities. 

This position is full-time, fixed-term role until June 2025 with possibility of extension, based in Southport.

Skills And Experiences

A bit about your experience…

  • The ability to manage and develop a large portfolio of clients
  • Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check
  • If you're previous role is customer facing, customer service, sales, admin, employment services and community, and many more - this would be a great fit!
