Job Description
At Home Instead Southampton, we are passionate about addressing social isolation through our companionship-led care and support. We will help our clients to continue live well at home and encourage them to keep visiting the people and places they love.
With visits of one hour or longer, it means our Clients and Care Professionals have the time they need and can deliver happy outcomes.
We believe that a life well lived should continue at home. Combatting loneliness is so important to us especially after the last year it has been hard for everyone especially the older generation who have had limited contact with family and friends.

We ask you have a means of transport as clients are predominantly cared for in there own homes, or would like you to accompany them on appointments or outings

Great Hourly Rates of pay £12.70 (up to £13.70 for evenings & weekends) Double time for Bank Holidays
