Engineer - Field Services - X-ray - CT systems

Take ownership for customer installations and maintenance.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a vital role onsite with our customers. Leading preventative and remedial maintenance activities, collaborating to solve issues and ensure safe, compliant maintenance services are delivered. Continually developing your knowledge and skills to deliver innovative solutions for customers and influence the operational year plan.

As a Field Engineer X-ray - CT systems , you will be responsible for:

  • Attending customer sites to provide technical support for on-site installation , periodic maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on  X-ray CT systems .

  • Taking ownership of making key engineering decisions to provide effective delivery of customer solutions

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide technical guidance for planning activities

  • Following internal project processes to ensure procedural compliance and be able to make adjustments and improvements

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Demonstrate a good working knowledge of the maintenance and operation of industrial inspection solutions

  • Be a self-starter, able to make key decisions and create innovative solutions

  • Be able to contribute to the development of operational plans

  • Be fluent in English (oral and written) and have excellent all-round communication skills

  • Have awareness of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance and potential risks

  • Be happy to travel to European locations to work with customers on site, mostly UK and Ireland
