My client has worked with
clients on some of the largest nuclear licensed sites in the UK,
designing large scale process and treatment facilities for the safe
handling of legacy nuclear materials.
From concept and front end to
detailed design, our teams provide the full range of
multi-disciplinary design services.
Working onsite with one of
my clients key client in the Nuclear sector, you will have proven
experience as a HVAC Engineer.
Your role will involve designing,
implementing, and maintaining HVAC systems for diverse projects,
ensuring adherence to regulations. You'll conduct site surveys,
collaborate with stakeholders, and provide technical guidance.
This role will be hybrid working, 2 days per week on the client site, thus you will need to reside in (or willing to travel to) Glasgow.
Key Objectives
- Design, develop, and implement HVAC systems.
- Conduct site surveys and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and support.
- Perform inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Stay updated on industry advancements.
- Completion of PIMS requirements and interfaces management training.
- Maintain accurate project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- Demonstrable experience in HVAC design.
- Professional certification or licensure preferred.
- Experience in secure environments is advantageous.
