Skills and duties required for the Engineering Manager:
- Management of compliance, contract, and contractors
- Electrical bias – qualified with 17th and 18th Edition for electrical installations.
- Man -management.
- Project management
- Experienced in Lead and Change management.
- FMCG background
- Working knowledge of safety systems
- Audits
- H&S experience
- Accountability
- Must hit the ground running.
