Full Job Description

Vision for Education are looking for a motivated English teacher to support their client school in Wigan. There are options to complete day to day or long term roles to suit your flexibility . This role is to start ASAP.

About the role

The purpose of the English role is to provide engaging and outstanding teaching whilst nurturing a safe educational environment. The successful candidate will teach Key stage 3 and Key stage 4 students and will demonstrate experience in achieving positive outcomes for pupils.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of English Teacher you will:

• A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status
• Experience of sustained delivery of outstanding attainment and achievement
• Experience of innovation and creativity to engage, enthuse and progress learners
• The ability to teach to GCSE standard
• Strong behaviour management
• Higher-level education qualification in English

Salary

£140 to £190 per day

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
