Location: Newcastle
Salary: £130 - £170 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
GSL Education are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher to join a secondary school in Newcastle. The role involves teaching English to students across KS3 to KS5, preparing them for GCSE and A-Level examinations.

English Teacher Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging English lessons that foster students' critical thinking and analytical skills.
Prepare educational material such as notes, assignments, and quizzes.
Track student progress and provide feedback to help them improve.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and coordinate lessons.
Actively participate in school events and staff meetings.
English Teacher Requirements:

Must possess a PGCE in English with QTS.
Proven experience teaching English at secondary level.
A passion for literature and language and the ability to inspire this in students.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage classes and deal with challenging behaviour.
