Full Job Description

We are excited to be working with a VC-backed AdTech SaaS startup looking to hire an exceptional Enterprise Account Executive into their London office. Having raised a substantial Series A funding round from top investors, they’re now keen to add a 3rd Account Executive to their growing commercial org in London.

You will report directly to the VP Commercial, playing a key role in their continued success and growth. The ideal candidate is creative, energetic, and a self-starter who appreciates a great sales process and executes it well. You know how to sell innovation and can drive deals forward to compress sales cycles. You’re always seeking new sales opportunities, are comfortable prospecting within your territory and have a strong ability to close net-new accounts.

They have a team of 40+ employees based out of their London HQ in Soho, operating a hybrid-working model with at least 1 day per week in their London office and the remainder at home.

As Enterprise Account Executive you will:

  • Open, manage, develop, and close new client relationships.
  • Partner with the pre-sales team to ensure a technical win during all sales conversations.
  • Exceed pipeline and revenue targets, landing new logos through your referral network, partner activity, outbound contact, and supporting marketing events and campaigns.
  • Highlight the value proposition to raise curiosity and interest, organising demos and meetings with clients and the pre-sales team.
  • Utilise a solution approach to selling and creating value for customers.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the industry and solutions you are selling.

We want to hear from you if:

  • You have 4+ years’ experience in a closing role, operating as an Enterprise Account Executive within SaaS for at least 2 of those.
  • You’ve achieved impressive success in SaaS sales; AdTech experience would be helpful but isn't essential.
  • You have experience encouraging customers at senior levels to think differently about a problem or challenge.
  • You’re a proactive, independent thinker with a positive attitude and high energy.
  • You have ideally previously worked at and thrived in a startup.

What do they offer?

  • £180,000 OTE (£90,000 base + £90,000 On-Target-Commission)
  • Stock options
  • 26 days annual leave + public holidays
  • Private health insurance package
  • Budget to spend on tech on-top of your laptop
  • Learning and Development budget
  • Pension contribution
