My client, a global competitor within Safety Tech Solutions, seeks a talented Senior Account Executive to join their growing London team.

Established in 2019, the business now employs 75 people across five countries, offering a suite of products dedicated to truly essential online Safeguarding, essential for corporations meeting social responsibility targets.

This mission-inspired and values-driven business has recently experienced some exceptional growth. With this, a need has arisen for an experienced Sales Exec to join and head up the tech enterprise sales arm of the business.

Having recently signed deals with some undeniably crucial businesses - one of which, a multi-billion dollar client - they foresee growth, post-publication of this, to be stratospheric. Their aim, to be to be the global go-to leader online safeguarding.

• The ideal candidate will, at very least, be experienced in mid-market and have dabbled in enterprise sales. Alternatively, you will be well versed in enterprise and able to bring with you a network within this space.

• You should be able to demonstrate an understanding of pace and patience required to this market; average orders here closing at a lead time of 6-12 months. Average deal sizes range from £300,000 to £500,000, up to £1.2million.

• Given the start-up nature of this business - autonomy and maturity are promoted. Values are integral to them, empathy and emotional intelligence is paramount.

• Natural sales gravitas and great successes are very welcomed, but with this must come a demonstrable desire to make an impact in Safeguarding, to join them on their very important journey, and be passionate about their mission.

They offer hybrid working, 3 days in office in a rather gorgeous building in East London (Hoxton). Salary up to £85,000 plus uncapped bonus (double OTE+), plus equity/profit share.
