Senior Vice President, Enterprise Sourcing Office – Inter-Affiliate Framework Manager

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Enterprise Sourcing Office – Inter-Affiliate Framework to join the Sourcing Strategy Execution function of the Enterprise Change, Resiliency and Sourcing Office team. This role is located in Manchester - HYBRID.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Manage the Global Inter-Affiliate framework and governance, ensuring that all phases of the lifecycle (planning, due diligence, contracting, ongoing monitoring and termination) operate harmoniously, and in line with business and regulatory needs
  • Partner with global stakeholders to maintain alignment between the Inter-Affiliate and External Vendor frameworks, and to drive closer alignment where appropriate
  • Define process control, governance and reporting requirements for the Inter-Affiliate framework
  • Partner with stakeholders across the 3LoD to assess and deliver compliance with relevant regulation and support assessments across the 3LoD 
  • Partner with Affiliate stakeholders to support Affiliate outsourcing and third party management execution and governance
  • Review workflows, hand-offs, process steps and existing policies and procedures; analyse areas for improvement and provide recommendations. Lead associated enhancement initiatives
  • Develop the tools, training, policies, and procedures for the Inter- Affiliate framework

Education and experience

  • Bachelor‘s degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience is preferred
  • Relevant years of total work experience is preferred
  • Experience in third party risk management and controls
  • Knowledge and experience of managing and enhancing global processes to deliver compliance with regulations (especially third party management regulations) in financial services
