IR35 status:

• This role is Outside IR35 (via Umbrella Company)

Job Description -

Pay rate - 450pd as a guide (Ltd Outside)

Qualifications - IEMA ideally

Location - WFH (and days in the Warwick office as needed, maybe 1 or 2 days per week as a guide) - Shire Hall office, Warwick town centre.

Start date - ASAP

Duration - around 6 - 9 months whilst they recruit perm

Managing a team of 4
This is a strategic commissioning role
They will progress energy, environmental and sustainability projects for WCC to get them to their Net zero target by 2030 (buildings and materials, not fleet etc)
There is an energy strategy in place they need to work with and ensure that this is running
This role is focused on buildings energy etc, i.e fabric of buildings, energy, utilities, boiler replacements etc
Dealing with maintenance teams to ensure sustainability
Helping to obtain funding and funding tasks
Granting funding bids
Schools send through requests for consent for energy improvements works, this is dealt with by the candidate
