Employees in this role will be required to perform entry to advance level services in housekeeping and janitorial operations in accordance with industry specific guidelines and safety regulations to include blood-borne pathogens and other related OSHA and EPA guidelines. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: maintaining common areas, floors, restrooms, trash and providing assistance during special events according to cleaning and sanitation standards. Minimum Qualifications
Knowledge of residential and/or commercial cleaning and sanitation techniques, and proper use of chemicals and solutions. Knowledge of proper use of personal protective equipment relevant to janitorial and or housekeeping functions. Knowledge of industry specific guidelines and safety regulations to include Hazard Communication, Safety Data Sheets, OSHA guidelines and blood-borne pathogens. Ability to use industrial grade equipment while performing a variety of cleaning task. Ability to interpret and follow oral and written directions, complete documentation accurately and timely and provide great customer service communicating effectively both written and orally. Must have a valid driver’s license by the time of employment.

Preferred Qualifications
Prefer experience using industrial grade equipment. High school graduate or equivalent.
