An experienced Groom is required to join the team. Candidates will preferably hold BHS qualifications, however we are also able to support the right candidate through these exams with us being a BHS accredited centre. The successful candidate must have experience of working on a professional yard and the ability to assist with riding activities, lead rein lessons and helping out with events.

Stonar is an independent, co-educational day and boarding school for pupils aged 2 to 18, which was rated excellent by ISI in October 2018 for both pupil achievement and personal development. The school’s internationally renowned Equestrian Centre enables riders to bring their horses to school or loan a school horse. Tuition is available at all levels from beginners, to those hoping to achieve professional status. The school hosts national Inter-Schools’ One Day Events in May and September.
