Full Time Groom Required

(Free Accommodation Available)

An experienced Groom is required to join the team. Candidates will preferably hold BHS qualifications, however we are also able to support the right candidate through these exams with us being a BHS accredited centre. The successful candidate must have experience of working on a professional yard and the ability to assist with riding activities, lead rein lessons and helping out with events.

Stonar is an independent, co-educational day and boarding school for pupils aged 2 to 18, which was rated excellent by ISI in October 2018 for both pupil achievement and personal development. Our pupils regularly achieve outstanding results, which are beyond expectations both academically and personally. The school’s internationally renowned Equestrian Centre enables riders to bring their horses to school or loan a school horse. Tuition is available at all levels from beginners, to those hoping to achieve professional status. The school hosts national Inter-Schools’ One Day Events in May and September. The School benefits from being part of Globeducate, a forward-thinking international group of over 50 schools worldwide, giving pupils and staff the opportunity to be an active part of a globally-minded community.
