They are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join their team in Bedford.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role
in the property sales process. Your responsibilities will include:
Client Interaction:
Building strong relationships with
clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales
journey.
Property Valuations:
Conducting property
valuations and advising clients on pricing strategies.
Viewings and Negotiations:
Arranging property viewings,
negotiating offers, and ensuring successful sales transactions.
Marketing:
Collaborating with the marketing team to promote
properties effectively.
Market Knowledge:
Staying
informed about local property trends and market conditions.
Requirements :
Experience:
Previous
experience in estate agency or sales negotiation is desirable.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills.
Negotiation Skills:
Ability to
negotiate effectively and close deals.
Local
Knowledge:
Familiarity with the Bedford area and its property
market.
Driven and Personable:
A proactive and friendly
approach to client interactions.
Driving license essential
