* They envisage their new associate to ultimately have an in-depth knowledge of Estate Agency and have the necessary attributes to be a champion of Residential Property Sales and Listings. In other words, they are looking for the consummate deal maker who can see success, be it in front of his/her nose or out in the distance.

* Basic salary to £23,000 plus up to £300 per month car allowance (£3,600) or company car with on target earnings of £45,000.
