Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer - Coventry - up to £25k basic £35k+ package

A multi branch Estate Agent who have been established across the area for many years. They are looking for an experienced Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator with Valuation experience for their successful branch in Earlsdon.
As an Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer you will be responsible for:
- Generating new business
- Carrying out valuations
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospect clients
- Carrying out viewings
- Negotiating offers
The successful Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer will have the following skill set:
- Previous experience working as an Estate Agent with Valuation experience
- Proven track record in winning new business
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Full UK licence and car
