A market leadingGroundwork's company is on the lookout for an Estimator to join their team, overseeing all projects within theLondon region. This position is ideal for someone who has come from a Groundwork's background and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role As an Estimator reporting to the Managing Director, you'll play a crucial role in the pre- and post-sales process, engaging with clients at various stages. Your responsibilities will include providing cost advice, leading the preparation of quality tender submissions, and coordinating with team members to ensure work-winning success. You'll oversee estimating and commercial activities throughout the tendering and pre-contract phases, ensuring a seamless transition to the project delivery team.

About the Requirements To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• At least 3years of experience with a Groundwork or RC Frame subcontractor
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with IT equipment and adaptability to new software technologies
• Knowledge of various contract forms
• A 3rd-level qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
