Estimator - Cladding

Immediate Start for the right candidate

Salary - 40,000 - 50,000 (DOE)

Up Front Recruitment islooking for a motivated, conscientious individual, with the desire to work for an amazingcompany. Our client is a fantastic company that has grown from strength to strength and looking to add a new estimator to the team.

As an estimator, you will work both individually and as part of a team, taking a tender from initial enquiry to final submittal. You will apply a high level of consideration and care to provide a professional standard of work.

Key Responsibilities/Task:

Preparing tenders, estimates and cost plans all while meeting the clients timeframes

Understanding architect drawings/specifications

Preparation of costs sheets, including quantity take-offs, and the completion of project

BOQ

Final submission of the project estimate and supporting documentation

Develop relationships with suppliers in order to assist with cost requirements.

Identifying value engineering opportunities in order to keep quotes competitive.

Communicating with clients on tender status.

Maintain accurate information regarding suppliers, sub-contractors & clients.

To be considered for this role you will require:

At least 3 years relevant experience in the construction industry

Excellent level of attention to details and organisational skills.

Ability to work to deadlines and provide a high standard of work while doing so.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in the cladding estimating
