Job Title: Estimator – Ventilation Systems

Location: Ipswich office (hybrid working)

Remuneration: £30,000 - £35,000 + company related bonus

Benefits: Pension, Vitality health care, 3x death in service, 25 days annual leave

The role of the Estimator – Ventilation Systems will involve:

* Technical Estimator position dealing with a comprehensive range of manufactured ventilation systems for example, ventilation units and heat recovery systems, heat recovery units, air curtain units, air handling units, smoke extraction fans, hand dyers

* Liaising with sales team and clients to gain an understanding of requirements and projects

* Producing full quotations for numerous projects

* Assisting internal stakeholders and clients with any technical queries

* Work closely with sales team to maximise sale conversion rates

* Prioritise workload to ensure that deadline are met

* Typical project value range of between £10k - £200k

* Management and upkeep of the company CRM system

The ideal applicant will be Estimator – Ventilation Systems with:

* Must have a estimating experience within the ventilation market sector

* Ideally will have experience working with Air Handling Units, Extract Fans, In-line Duct Fans, Heat Recovery Units, Cabinet Fans, Mounted Fans, Axial Flow, Atex Fans, Air Curtains

* Must possess a good technical understanding of HVAC industry and building regulations

* Must be familiar with selection tools

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* High levels of organisation and attention to detail

* Keen learner

* IT literate, motivated and hungry to succeed

* Self-starter and able to work autonomously
