The business has achieved its best year to date, growing rapidly from £3m - £9m in the past 2 years.  Their clients are mainly Tier 1 contractors and developers, and with constant enquiries flowing in they have an abundance of work in the pipeline.

They usually have 6 - 8 major contracts running at one time, with 90% of their projects being new build ranging from £500k - £2m.  This mainly involves standing seam, composite panels, and rainscreen cladding systems.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a specialist cladding Estimator
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written
• Proficient time management, forward planning, and organisational skills
• Commitment to accuracy with a meticulous attention to detail
• IT literate and fully conversant in all Microsoft packages
