Join our client an award-winning design and build contractor known for delivering innovative and sustainable solutions in civil engineering and construction. They are committed to excellence, creativity, and client satisfaction.

They are seeking an experienced Estimator specialising in civil engineering and construction. You'll play a crucial role in accurately assessing project costs, analysing proposals, and ensuring successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

* To work as part of a Bid Team to deliver a strategic submission for each individual tender.

* Collate and analyse information to produce take off's and planned submissions.

* Closely work with the planning team to produce the tender programmes.

* Provide support with the technical submission.

* Assist with presentations, negotiations and client liaison where required.

* Identify areas of risk and opportunity.

* Attend meetings and site visits as and when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in estimating for civil engineering and construction projects.
• Proficiency in estimating software
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes.
