Full Job Description

We are currently working with an exciting multi-strategy fund, who are looking to expand their event-driven equity investment team in London.

The fund has grown significantly over the past few years, posting excellent results in the process and increasing AUM accordingly. They're now seeking to add a new hire to their merger arbitrage/risk arbitrage investment team in London at the Associate or VP level. The role will focus on

  Sourcing, analysing, and executing investments in the merger arbitrage and special situations space (candidates with either soft or hard catalyst experience considere
• d)Producing investment ideas alongside senior colleagues and pitching to the investment committ
• eeDeveloping and maintaining financial models, target lists, et
• c.Working alongside trading, research and other investment tea
