About the role:

This is a full-time role for an Event Logistics Manager located in Isleworth with flexibility for some remote work. You will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with event logistics management, customer service, inventory, supply chain, travel, catering, client liaison,procurementand financial responsibilities. The role will require occasional on-site and some global travel for work to manage event logistics and coordination. Typically, you would be expected to provide support for the following events on an annual basis:

30 Tradeshows

20 Content lead projects including videos and virtual events 5 Live events (including Hybrid)

Brand communication

Support from conception through to execution such as venue liaison and payment co-ordination through to onsite support for the account team.

Position Summary: The person will work closely with external Account Directors, Project Managers and Finance team to be the lynch pin for the logistical co-ordination. The role will involve reporting into the Account Director and the retained team for a weekly progress report lead by the PA.

  • Experience in event management or logistics is a must
