Our clientis seeking a dedicated and experienced Events Supervisor to join their team at a prestigious hotel in Worcester. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service and ensuring the smooth running of events.

The Role:

• Oversee the setup and execution of conferences, banquets, weddings, and other events.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Manage event timelines and ensure all aspects run according to plan.
• Handle any guest inquiries or issues during events.
• Train and supervise junior staff members.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in conference and events operations
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to events.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
