About Our Nursing Home:

As a Staff Nurse (RGN) at Find Medic, Your Role
Involves:
- Elevating the
standard of resident care, safety, and well-being.
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to
tailor care plans.
- Collaborating with external
regulatory bodies and agencies.
- Ensuring meticulous
compliance with statutory obligations and health & safety
protocols.
- Providing invaluable mentorship to junior
team members.
- Undertaking delegated responsibilities
under the guidance of the Home Manager.
Requirements
Requirements for this Role:
- Essential: Hold a Registered
Nurse Qualification (RGN).
- Currently possess an active
NMC PIN or await registration.
- Possession of a clear
DBS record.
